All very willing to listen, explain, and bargain. We ended both being happy with the deal, the dealership staff and us also; i.e. a great negotiation, when both parties end up feeling they did well. We highly recommend Mr. Michael Goluth, our salesman. He was very willing to show as many cars as we desired under bad weather, and was there throughout the whole process. Also at end, to show and set certain features of our new Rav4 Limited. No doubt this dealership will do great. More
