I purchased a vehicle from Toyota Southern and 441 on 9/25/22. This should have been a happy moment being my first new vehicle unfortunately I was robbed of that joy due to finding a roach infestation. O 9/25/22. On Monday 9/26/22, upon preparing to enter the vehicle with my 5 year old I found six roaches. One roach actually ran acrossed my child’s carseat and she had a panic attack. I called the dealership as soon as they opened and didn’t receive a call back until 3 hours later. I followed up with multiple calls before finally receiving a call from Gigi to resolve this issue. Gigi stated I would get a loaner car and my car would be bombed 3 times and then detailed. I asked for a second car key for free because of the inconvenience of the roach infestation and she agreed. On Tuesday 9/27/22, I received a call from Gigi and I was informed I had to pay $150 if I wanted a second car key. I called back to speak with the sales manager Juan Munoz. I expressed my frustrations. I requested an extended 72 hours to make a decision on whether this was the right car for me. I also asked for a duplicate key. I explained I never received an apology from any of the staff members and no one was being empathetic about this whole situation. He was very condescending to me. He stated “We have your car in service don’t’ we?” “What else are you looking for?” “It’s common to find roaches in cars in south florida” “You can come and pick another car” (on 9/25/22 I did take a look at another 2021 Rav4 and that vehicle also had a roach crawling on the door) “Or you can come back to take back your car” On Wednesday 9/28/22, I received a call from Gigi and was told my vehicle was ready for pick up. I informed her that there is no way its ready being that it has only been 2 days since I dropped it off. I was originally told it would be bombed for 3 nights then detailed. She told me that it’s bombed for one night and then detailed. They were more concerned with obtaining their loaner vehicle prior to Hurricane Ian passing by the West Coast. On Saturday 10/01, while driving an adult roach crawled on my dash board as photo shows above. I called the dealership immediately and spoke with my sales rep Wansly. I was told that on Monday I would be receiving a call from the service department. I am extremely upset and worried. I find this whole thing disgusting, unsanitary and a health hazard for my child and I. It is also dangerous to be driving and see a roach on the dashboard. I have researched and roach infestations are “not common” and “normal” in Florida when buying cars as Juan Munoz the sales manager told me. I feel like I am being taken advantage of because I am a woman. I have been nice and respectful to the staff. I still have not received a call back. I called twice at 10:30 and again 12 on 10/3/22. Since Saturday I have killed 4 additional roaches. Please get back to me ASAP. Please help resolve this for me. More
I bought a Mustang convertible from Southern 441 Toyota the 30th of April 2022. The car is inspected the 10 th of September 2022, the transmission has to be replaced! I visited Southern Toyota yesterday in the hopes of purchasing 2 vehicles. We figured it would be a long shot with the current state of the car industry. Our sales consultant Carlos made every bit of t purchasing 2 vehicles. We figured it would be a long shot with the current state of the car industry. Our sales consultant Carlos made every bit of this possible! Carlos was funny, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He assisted us with test driving and getting the two cars that we really wanted for an awesome deal. Carlos is the MVP! He’s definitely changed my experience with purchasing a car. I will definitely go back just for Carlos to help me with any future purchases. More

After researching a used vehicle we were interested in test driving & considering for purchase, we were contacted via email & phone by Stephen Resavy, the sales consultant. He was pleasant on the phone, thoroughly professional and welcomed our availability to visit a few hours later. In person, Stephen was extremely focused - answered all of questions & exceptionally knowledgeable. The test drive allowed my wife & me the opportunity for an unhurried & complete evaluation of the car. It was the most unpressured and relaxed experience in looking at a used car we ever had! While we didn't purchase the car - which was was only about price & trade evaluation - Stephen's genuine enthusiasm and excellent effort was a splendid treat! We look forward to keeping in touch with him & hope to work with Southern 441 Toyota down the road! More
Stay away from this dealership. They are straight up scammers. We bought a brand new vehicle from Carlos Fonseca, just to find out that he knowingly sold us a car with a major paint They are straight up scammers. We bought a brand new vehicle from Carlos Fonseca, just to find out that he knowingly sold us a car with a major paint defect. Less than 24hrs later it's back at the dealership. Multiple employees looked at the car over including Tim Saunders from service, their sales manager Alberto Bahler, and another manager James who admitted the substantial cosmetic defect. They kept the car for a week trying to fix it and it took us multiple trips and calls to Toyota corporate for them to finally exchange the car. Their general sales manager Roberto Nunez promised a "key to key" exchange for an identical model and there would be no extra charges, their finance manager Charlie Munoz reassured us that there would be no extra charges as well, except that we just found out that not only they charged us an extra $2,000 on top of what we paid on the original car, but they've also left the loan from the defective car still active on our account. We are still unable to resolve the issues because as soon as any of them pickup our calls they raise their voices and drop the receiver. Absolutely unreal. This is not just bad customer service but is straight up malicious behavior on their part because they have caused us so much harm and grief in the past two weeks. Truly a car purchase from xxxx. I only had so much money I could afford. He made it happen. VERY HAPPY with IMELES! More
