Carlos Orijuela went above and beyond driving with my husband back and forward from the dealer to my office to show me a couple of cars! Carlos was very patient, he spent hours with my husband on that day and then had to spent time with me as well. I am not an easy buyer, since I am a former Toyota/Corporate employee with years of experience training dealer employees, including service advisors and sales consultants. He did not rush the process and was very attentive to both my husband and I.
