Oil Change and Wobble Correction Took my 06 tundra xsp to Southern 441 Toyota for have the Oil and Filter changed. But also to have a severe vibration in steering and seat backs check Took my 06 tundra xsp to Southern 441 Toyota for have the Oil and Filter changed. But also to have a severe vibration in steering and seat backs checked. Made driving truck miserable. Had the vehicle to two other mechanics and each time the issue persisted. Stephen Jeltse was the gentleman I dealt with. He took all my information , told me what they would do. Well suffice it to say, once the work was complete, Stephen explained the issue. And stated tech took the truck out before starting work, felt the miserable driving experience. Then performed the work , and was able to get 95% of the issue out. Stated the wheels (rims) are just out of balance after 12 years of service and that extra time and patience is needed to get them just right. I couldnt be happier with the results. The truck is finally nice to drive again. Also have to mention, their prices are great for a dealership. I cant purchase the full syn oil and filter for what they charged me for the service. If you can have financing prearranged through your bank or credit union than this will eliminate haggling with financing because they either are lower or not. Being armed with bottom line price also takes away element of surprise. Dealer was very transparent with me on every aspect I would recommend this dealer to my family and friends. More
