A slimey finance guy and a very bad deal STAY CLEAR OF "FAST EDDIES" SOUTHERN 441 TOYOTA! I didn't plan on buying new; but I negotiated a deal on a Tacoma 4x4 TRD which included factory 7 STAY CLEAR OF "FAST EDDIES" SOUTHERN 441 TOYOTA! I didn't plan on buying new; but I negotiated a deal on a Tacoma 4x4 TRD which included factory 75,000 mile bumper to bumper and lifetime drivetrain warranty plus tax licence etc. For $40,000 out the door . The finance guy was evasive but after 6 hours of being held hostage, i was able to leave. Because of having to split my down payment I was told that he would need to write up a second set of paper work that i would pick up when i brought in the balance of my down payment. stupidly i didn't look at the second set of paperwork which he had re written and put in a sealed envelope. it wasn't until i was talking with the financing one day since, I figured out what they did. In addition to the $40,000; They charged (stolen from me) almost $5000.00 for the warranties, tax etc... that was suppose to be included in the $40,000 out the door price! Amazingly the finance and sales guys are no longer employed there and i was basically told by 441 financing...Tough Luck! they play the game end up talking with three people before i funny they don't show the bad ratings. They are very nice before you sign but after you sign it's a different story I would never use Luis Rincon agai funny they don't show the bad ratings. They are very nice before you sign but after you sign it's a different story I would never use Luis Rincon again he was the sales person I'm 72 bought over 30 cars in my life this was the worst. there was a little crack in the windshield I did not notice it until we got on the highway so when I got home I called Luis. He said he would get back to me but I had to get back to him and he said we can't fix it because it wasn't there when you left which was a lie. I called and talked to the manager and he said don't worry we'll get it fixed. This sales person never even went over the car with me. WARNING: Just make sure you check everything before you buy a car there. Don't be dumb and get pressured like I did. One star is being generous for the rating I gave them. More

VEP, great exchange program. We drove down from Iowa to watch the Cardinals play and our car needed an oil change and the next thing we knew, we were driving out with a new 2019 R We drove down from Iowa to watch the Cardinals play and our car needed an oil change and the next thing we knew, we were driving out with a new 2019 Rave 4. Our salesman, Ryan Levy, was able to convince us that this was the car for us. This took some doing on his part as we definitely were not planning on trading cars. After about five hours of looking at different models of the Rave 4, we settled on a 2019 Rave 4 XLE and we love it. Ryan is a great salesman and a very determined and patient person, he devotes his time and energy in getting you the best deal possible. Thank you Ryan, Jerry and Betty More

I had the ABSOLUTELY BEST car experience today with Charlie Muñoz (Finance) and Claudia Bermudez (Sales). They were both so kind, understanding, listened to what the customer wanted and was not “pushy sales people.” They are talented enough to make the sale, without being pushy and that is a priceless experience.
