So disappointed in my experience. I left a glowing review last month but was shocked to receive a bill from Nissan for $4,700! I traded in my lease from South Shore Nissan and despite having all the paperwork from my original lease, the numbers discussed did not match what was reported to Nissan Finance. Ivan said the deal was going to cover all mileage and last two months of initial lease payment and that did not happen. After initially posting on Google, Kiara left her info and then never got back to us. Dishonesty across the board. As we’ve updated our experience in Google reviews, the dealership’s responses were unequivocally false; claiming they had called us, they we hadn’t reached out, that they were working closely with the finance department. One if the worst service departments I have ever been too. Made a appointment for 10/10 and told the service department i need a loaner car was told firtst come. When i arrived i was told I have to sit and wait till my car gets diagnosed then I will get my loaner maybe. The staff if rude and unprofessional. I will not be using this service department any more. For all the money we spend on these cars there should be some kind of common curtesy. More
