I purchased a new Hyundai Venue in September of 2020, and at the time was told they couldn’t find my spare key, so they would be getting me a brand new one. There were then 2 weeks of being told I’d get the at the time was told they couldn’t find my spare key, so they would be getting me a brand new one. There were then 2 weeks of being told I’d get the key in the next couple days, only to be told another couple of days when that day arrived. I finally got fed up and asked to speak with a manager, and that’s when Steve came into the picture. He then continued to explain that the key had just been ordered that morning. Here I am 2 & 1/2months later, and I still don’t have a spare key. And guess what? Steve told me that it just got ordered last night and now won’t be here until next week. Will never do business with this dealership again. More

Took my car in for a engine light check and light change scheduled an appointment at 12. At 2 got a message that saying I needed to get my gas cap replaced an oil change, and light bulb change. So I called to see if they could just do the lightbulb change but they said Patricia had to do the paperwork and she was busy. So I went down to the dealer ship and they said she was busy. She was with a customer. When I saw her finish and move on to another customer who hjad just driven up, I asked someone else to help. Patricia got annoyed and finally came to help. She said I should have approved the service work through the link. I said I didn't and asked if she could get the process started but she kept arguing with me. She finally went to tell the mechanics to start on my car and when she came back she didn't notice me but I heard her complaining about me to her co-worker. Very professional. I still had to wait and they had my car for a total of FIVE hours. Four days later, my battery died. when AAA came he said the battery part seemed lose and that I should take it to get checked. Not trusting hyundai anymore I took it in only to find out the accelerator was loose . BUT HOW? When. just days earlier everything had cleared through HYUNDAI. I could have been in the middle of nowhere when the battery died. Theres definitely something going on here. Maybe they were waiting for my xxxx warranty toi run out on the parts. Not sure. I just don't trust this dealership or this Patricia person. More

I made an online connection, received an email that I would be contacted shortly. After three hours I called the service department and left a message but no returned call. Tried twice more but no return calls. Finally contacted the person who sold us the vehicle. A person from the sales department made an appointment for me. The appointment was for two weeks later. The actual service went well and the service advisor was helpful. I have rarely used the service department over the last 13 years because there seems to be a problem every time I do. More
