I had the worst experience with their service I had the worst experience with their service department. The first service advisor was EXTREMELY rude wouldn't explain anything and I was about to I had the worst experience with their service department. The first service advisor was EXTREMELY rude wouldn't explain anything and I was about to take my car elsewhere when another advisor approached me and apologized, said they were short staffed and asked to assisted me. I explained I couldn't leave my vehicle over the whole weekend and was told I would be able to pick up my vehicle at the end of the day. I never received a call and my calls were not returned. Called again the next morning and was told it should be done at 1:30ish and then I was not able to get any further updates or calls returned. I had to drive 45 minutes to pop up to find out if my vehicle was complete and it was!! If I hadn't popped up they would have kept my vehicle all weekend which i specifically told them I couldn't do. After all this... my car is still not fixed and is making a horrible clunk noise when I start it and come to a complete stop. How do they say oh its just the clutch it's normal when it NEVER made this noise previously???? I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE!! Make the drive to San Marcos or Round Rock and avoid this place!!@ More

The Maintenance service Department led by Donnie Russell (I hope it is correct name) is an outstanding person to take care the customer. I hope He stays in this position. This looks like a going out of business, to rushed to do it right (and they almost did) type of car dealership/service people should avoid.
