Once I got my car home from the lot, I was showing my partner the features of the car and we both noticed the front camera was cracked to the point of affecting visibility for the front view. I went back the next day and let the staff know of the issue. They told me the warranty might not cover it because I had already taken the car home, and it could have happened on the ride home. Sure, that's reasonable, but I have since called multiple times, stopped by multiple times (each time told that Chris in service was not available) to see if I can get it fixed, regardless if I have to pay for it or not. Nobody has ever returned my calls or emails. Even Eddie Gomez, the Customer Relations Manager, has not returned my calls or emails. So, Eddie, why did you reach out with a generic email asking how my customer service was if you never intended to actually provide me with any customer service? So, as much as I love my car, and I'm happy I got it, I am still driving around with a busted front camera and nobody at Hyundai has responded to me. More
