Upon arrival he sent me immediately out to test drive, and he got my car back for trade-in appraisal. Even though we had done alot up front, we still had a hard negotiation over #'s and he stuck with me and had a great attitude. It was a 4 hour process (arrival to departure)...it was a Saturday (super busy day for them). Sam got to know me personally and shared about himself, that's the name of the game in sales...he made sure I left with a hot coffee and bottled waters and even offered an early plate for dinner! FINANCE was my favorite, Sheldon was AWESOME to work with! I also got to know him personally, and we shared lots of laughs! This guy was PHENOMINAL! As for Management I worked with Mike Ortiz...no BS with this guy ;-). More

I would like to take this time to acknowledge Pedro who is my service advisor, I had had an appointment for October 16th to take my son 2020 hyundai elentra because there was a recall on the piston oil rin is my service advisor, I had had an appointment for October 16th to take my son 2020 hyundai elentra because there was a recall on the piston oil ring and when I arrived Pedro informed me that it was another recall as well so he did explain to me that it may take a little while to complete both recalls and I said ok, I explained to Pedro I need to try to be out by noon I had a funeral to attend and Pedro said he would see what he could do, It was even 2 hours Pedro came in and said Mrs. Budd you are ready to go, the car passed the recall inspection for the piston oil ring and the software has being updated as well for the second recall. Pedro really took care of me, one thing that I can say he sure does make sure the customers are taking care of and happy when they leave. Pedro deserves a big raise. More
