You don’t find that often especially in today’s market. However, nothing stands out like our salesman, Pouya. He went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and ahead of schedule. He kept us informed through the whole process and answered any questions we had. He was honest, intelligent, and never pushy! He’s the perfect salesman. Not only did he make the car buying experience excellent, but he has continued to follow up with us to make sure the car is meeting our expectations and to answer any questions or concerns we had. He really does go above and beyond for his customers! If you’re in the market to purchase a vehicle, he is the guy you want to work with! More

This is my second car purchase from this dealership. My first experience was so great I came back to trade in my car. I wish I would have picked a different dealership because my experience this time ha My first experience was so great I came back to trade in my car. I wish I would have picked a different dealership because my experience this time has been horrible. I was dealing with Charay and Carter. Charay was my salesperson and Carter was the financial officer. See my review on Charay. Carter was fine. He did his job that day. But when my certified used car started to have issues 13 days after leaving the lot, no one really cared. My car was squealing while in reverse and it was becoming worse by the day. I called Carter and explained my situation and that I had bought the extended warranty. When I asked if I would be responsible for fixing whatever was wrong with my 13 day old car, he said probably. Once I explained that I had purchased the extended warranty and I have only had the car for 13 days and I have only put 150 miles on it he said bring the car to the service department and let them know what is going on. It sounds like "something we missed". When I arrived at the service department Pedro took my car to find out why it was making that awful noise. I let Carter know I was there. He sent over Charay. She came over with a list of repairs the dealership had done to my car and ready to fight and bully me into paying for repairs on a car I have had in my possession for 13 days. Charay said that it was probably something I broke and the mechanics will be able to tell I broke it. Great. Pedro came back a few hours later to tell me my rotors were put on wrong by the dealership. MY ROTORS WERE PUT ON WRONG! The charge was $275. I needed to get the charged cleared by management so he could do the repairs. Guess who was nowhere to be found after finding out that information? Carter and Charay. The service department was paging them both and calling their lines for an hour. After waiting an hour to hear back from someone, Preston in the service department went ahead and gave the go ahead to get the repairs done with no charge because it was the dealerships faught. Carter just stopped responding to calls and texts. Charay did call me back after about 3 hours to find out "what I needed".......Are you kidding me? ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? No apologies. No real concern. Nothing. Now I am extremely worried about what else the dealership "missed" while certifying my pre-owned car. Don't bother reaching out to anyone else, no one cares about you or your car once the sale is made. I have made several attempts to get in touch with the GM. No return calls or emails. You will be discarded once you sign the contract. Do not buy a car from this dealership or this person. More
