I worked with Sheldon Boyce and he was incredible from start to finish. He answered all my questions timely, kept me up to date on the status of my car’s delivery timeframe, and walked me through all the start to finish. Tyler was incredibly rude, ultimately this is what cost the dealer this sale or any other. The car I have been looking to purchase is in short supply. Tyler texted me photo copies of documents ( hard to read and w/ shadows) the final doc that I was to sign had dealer extras that where not listed on the first document ( mind you this document had another customers name on it) so when we spoke on the phone to ask if they could be purchased without them (they have not been added yet, and the car is due on the lot next month) he said no this is the way we sell them! so a 2700. up charge ONTOP of the 5K above MSRP. BUT the real kicker and the reason I will never purchase at this dealer is he was so rude cutting me off while I was trying to talk and bulling me all while gaslighting by saying " I am trying to help you". How is this help? So how is pressuring someone into a 5K deposit all while saying "it's going to be gone any minute" helping the customer? ( its a work day so I cant just drop what I am doing) I do not really see the value add there? like what is point if the cars just sell themselves and there are waitlists of people wanting them. not to mention your buying a car you cant test drive, or even test drive one like it because they never have any on the lot. I get the market is what it is right now but that’s no excuse for this behavior. I will be buying this car for less from a dealer in Houston, these guys are a waste of time. More

Shadon , sales, and Gabriel, finance, were fantastic and fun to work with. Shadon worked very hard to get us the vehicle we wanted and Gabriel was very knowledgeable in helping us to understand our paperwor fun to work with. I came in with my 16-year-old daughter to purchase her first car. We were greeted by Derrick Far, one of the sales reps. We spoke with him for a while about Hyundais since we had never purchased or driven one before. We test drove the Hyundai Tucson and fell in love with it. I was really blown away by the technology in the Hyundai‘s. This car felt so luxurious for what it was and the price. Derek was really great about explaining all the technology with the car. We then went over to the Nissan dealership and test drove the Nissan Rogue. There was no comparison. Nissan told us that they were selling $10,000 over sticker price and Hyundai is not doing that. So we went back and met with Derrick once again and decided to purchase the Tucson. Derek was so accommodating and very gracious to us. He didn’t seem pushy at all. He was very patient with my 16-year-old daughter. We appreciated has calm and kind demeanor as we had many questions about the car. We then met with the finance manager, Gabriel Frunza, Who helped us find the best company to finance the car. Gabrielle was also extremely polite and gracious with us. When we came back the following day to pick up the car, Derrick got in the car with us and explained how to set up all of the technology. We really appreciated his time and his desire to make sure we were 100% set up before we drive off the lot. Again he was just so patient with us. Overall this was a very pleasant car buying experience. I have bought 8+ cars in my lifetime and this was definitely one of the best experiences! I highly recommend Derrick along with Gabriel and Southpoint Hyundai. Great job guys! More
