Fantastic experience all around I contacted several dealerships in search of a "new-to-me" car last week. Patrick Reeb responded to my request very quickly and was very professional I contacted several dealerships in search of a "new-to-me" car last week. Patrick Reeb responded to my request very quickly and was very professional in his email. From all the responses, his was most detailed, and the most friendly. I was excited to visit the dealership and made an appointment to see him the following morning. Patrick was readily available when I arrived and eager to show me the car. We took a test drive and he demonstrated the Bluetooth function and gave me lots of useful information regarding the car's safety ratings and features. Patrick noticed the car was pulling a slight bit to the right and offered to have the alignment checked out with no questions asked. When we got back to the dealership, Patrick showed me a few things under the hood and taught me what to look for in a pre-owned car to see if there has been any work done that may not show up on CarFax. Once inside, we began the finance process. Though this did take a few times back and forth with the finance office, I never felt like they were trying to cheat me out of a deal and ultimately they were able to get the deal within a few dollars of where I had hoped to be (with a lower finance rate than my bank offered!) Patrick and the finance team were great throughout the process and I believe I got a very fair deal both on my trade, and my new car. I did visit CarMax the night before to get an offer for my trade and Patrick and his team offered me the same amount of my trade without even knowing I had already gotten it appraised and that made me very confident in the dealership. After I agreed to terms, the team took care of the alignment on my car at no cost, and sent it through make-ready. This would be the only part of the process that was a little painful as this took a few hours, but the team took good care of me and there was baseball on the TV, so I can't complain too much :-) Overall, the entire process was very enjoyable and I have nothing but good things to say about Patrick and the team at South Point. I would recommend this dealership and Patrick to anyone in the market for a car. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever Patrick called me on our 20th wedding anniversary and asked if he could lower my payment and interest rate, would I trade in my two 2013 Hyundai's. I was so surprised to receive this call, but told him yes. Within an hour, he called me back and said to come in - he had a deal for us! I was so pleased with the entire car buying experience. Patrick had picked out my dream car, a fully loaded Elantra with sun roof and leather seats, neither of which I had ever had before. He put my husband in a 2014 Santa Fe, which was an even better one than our 2013 we traded in. My husband said Patrick was the very best car salesman he has ever had (and Bob can be somewhat difficult). Patrick's patience and knowledge were amazing. Jamie's help with the financing was wonderful as well. We signed the paperwork on a Thursday night. The next morning, Jamie called me back and said he had found an even better interest rate for me! What other dealership would continue to shop a deal once the paperwork had been signed! Overall, I got my dream car, my husband loves his Santa Fe, and we saved over $90 a month on our car payments! I can't think of any way this experience could have been any better! This is the 5th and 6th car we have purchased from South Point and each experience has been great. Thank you Patrick and Jamie for taking such good care of us! More

The whole process was very easy and I didn't feel pressured at all unlike many of the other dealership that we've dealt with in the past. While there my husband actually ended up falling in love with the Genesis Coupe and we ended up purchasing two cars that day! I would highly recommend Ilya to anyone and everyone (not your typical salesperson). We're still loving our cars :) More

You can always get the car you want from somewhere. But when I went here, I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone there was courteous and attentive and I never once had to open a door myself. I'm not from this area and being treated like I was there was new and made a big impact. Howard was so patient with me. I came back 3 times before I finally purchased an Elantra there. He drove me all over the inventory so I could look and see what colors were available so we could start there. He was so knowledgeable about all of these different cars, the models, features, that he could tell which ones fit what I was looking for just by driving by them and identifying them by the headlights, wheels, etc. What?? When I had picked one (or more) out, he would drive it (them) to the front and we would go into more detail there. I had asked him more than once if he would bring 2 different cars up to the front so that I could have a side-by-side comparison. He did this for me several times and not once did I get the feeling that he was upset or that he had something else to do other than to be there to help me get all of the information I needed so I could make the best decision. (And ... he didn't waste my time there by looking at his cell phone, taking calls, texting ... I personally have walked out of other dealerships just for that reason.) I also never felt I was being pressured by Howard into buying something that may be more expensive just to get a sale. He did let me know of other options I might be interested in and showed them to me and explained the differences. THAT to me was a great salesmanship. When I went back for the last time to buy my car, it had been sold. That is a good thing for the dealership and not unexpected for me. As I said, I went there 3 times before I was ready to buy and people are pouncing on these Hyundais so they are going fast!!! Do you want to know what they did for me? I found an Elantra Sport that was previously way out of my price range, and Jamie Holloway did some incredible magic to bring the price down, gave me an unbelievable trade in for my 2002 car, and threw in a lot of extras that weren't originally in the package. I don't know how many other dealerships would have even considered doing that. I'm in love with my new car and I'm a HUGE fan of South Point Hyundai, Jamie, and especially Howard.
