I needed to buy a new car and expected the process to take a few weeks at minimum. Luckily, I called South Point Hyundai and set up an appointment. Valentina was very nice, and the car is (mostly) great. The service department is useless, as far as I can tell. It takes three months to get an appointment just to change the oil. The great-sounding warranty they sold me has done no good at all, and I am very sorry I bought a car from South Point Hyundai. More

Shawn Hamsy sold my daughter a SUV 4 years ago and the experience was just wonderful! I decided to trade in my 2017 Sonata for a 2023 Santa Fe and went to Shawn and everything was seamless!! 6 months without a car to repair warranty covered issue. 4 different technicians, dealership could not keep employees. We were a two Hyundai family, which we purchased new from SouthPoint.
