From the time I entered the dealership until I left, I felt like I was part of the South Point Family. I was greeted immediately and was taken to the Trey I had an appointment with. 6 months without a car to repair warranty covered issue. 4 different technicians, dealership could not keep employees. We were a two Hyundai family, which we purchased new from SouthPoint. Needs professional leadership in service depth. Personnel not in uniform identifying them as employees. I was not greeted by a person introducing themselves by name.
