Avoid at all costs - absolutely awful customer service for aftercare. Our 2024 IONIQ 5 has a 12V battery issue and was told to come in for a swap, then told when I arrived that it would be a 4 hour wait, for aftercare. Our 2024 IONIQ 5 has a 12V battery issue and was told to come in for a swap, then told when I arrived that it would be a 4 hour wait, and then told later that day that it will be a 72 hour wait without any possibility of a loaner vehicle - even if booked in advance. For an almost-brand new vehicle this level of customer service is abysmal, and particularly so given that we have two Hyundai-family vehicles, the other being a 2025 Genesis GV70. I was also promised a call back from the Service Director... and not surprisingly didn't get that call. More

Art is the guy you need if you are looking for the best price, he beat any dealer price that we went to. He promised he will beat the price and he delivered. Marcell helped us setting up Hyundai blue link and guide us on how to use it, he even make sure our 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy black edition look good by removing all the remaining protectors before we left. And last bet not least Valentina the Finance manager was very patient with us and make sure we left with everything we needed to protect our big purchase. Thank you South Point Hyundai team! I had to get my yearly service done and Rocky was so helpful and was so kind. He was able to get my car done within an hour. My car was very clean and it was fast the service. I brought my car to South Point Hyundai to repair my car for an attempted theft and the ordeal was less than pleasant. They attempted to charge me an additional $800 out of pocket for my window/regulator for an attempted theft and the ordeal was less than pleasant. They attempted to charge me an additional $800 out of pocket for my window/regulator. I took the car to a different auto shop, where I learned I only needed to repair the glass. I was told by the Hyundai Service team that BOTH the regulator and glass needed replacement. Why was this pushed on me when it was clear that the regulator was fine? They also tried to overcharge my battery after sitting for two months, I can imagine that the team did not even think to jump it, considering that when I expressed that I found a battery cheaper than what they were charging, they "found a lower option." when I expressed that they stated that they were having to “jump the car every time they moved it” how is that possible? When I brought the car the battery was fine… Lastly, After having my car for over three months, there was still broken glass all over it. Three months, and not one person could have removed the glass?! Is this what Hyundai means when they say, "We will always place our customer's satisfaction as a top priority..." With over 2,000 Hyundai break-ins taking place in Austin in 2023, I find it hard to believe that this repair was hard to fix as they should have plenty of experience. This whole ordeal was nothing short of blatant money-gauging and the apparent negligence of their team, which was passed off as "trying to help." They made it a point to state that because I didn't have one of the “bigger insurance companies” they couldn't find as much money as they wanted out of them. I hope that moving forward they consider customers rather than their financial gain as they are cheap cars and are aware clients will be in financial loss from purchasing these cars considering the amount of attempted theft last year on these cars alone. This was a very poor experience and a clear representation of the company as a whole. More

The reason I will not recroment any one is that I was not treated good when I drop off my car, I need a ride home and the manager told the driver not to take me home. The third reason is I bought this car new brand for it to have engine problems less than 10 years is not right so I can’t I am not happy about this More
