I appreciate you reaching out. I don't see any reason going back and forth with you in an email regarding, when you arrived at our dealership, what you agreed to pay for the Santa Fe, or what you agreed to sell us your car for. Our process is so transparent that had you not liked the deal, or wanted to buy the car, or sell us your car, you would have had plenty of opportunity to walk away. Regarding the service issues, please understand those issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer, we simply sell and service the vehicles the manufacture (Hyundai) provides. In regard to the depreciation, that is something that we don't control. The value of your car is determined by many variables, including but not limited to supply, demand, time of year, economy, interest rates, etc. I'd be happy to sit down with you to see if there is any more money in your Santa Fe if you would like. We can also review your file, the documentation that you were presented and signed as well as the video recording of the transaction in Finance, to determine if we miss represented anything to you. If we miss represented anything to you, we will certainly own our part. In regard to the Lemon Law case with Hyundai, that is something you will need to take up with Hyundai directly since they are the maker of the vehicle (product) you purchased.
