The oil change etc was completed satisfactorily, but the state inspection was not. I was told i needed brake pads and rotors, but the cost was astronomical. (a Ford dealer performed the same service for jus state inspection was not. I was told i needed brake pads and rotors, but the cost was astronomical. (a Ford dealer performed the same service for just over half the price Kia quoted) I elected to have someone else do the service. Turns out I only needed pads and the rotors were in perfect condition. I don't mind paying for good service, but I feel like they either didn't know their job or they were trying to take advantage of me. More
