Scheduled an appointment with John for 9:00. Arrived promptly on time but needed to wait with everyone who showed up for nonscheduled appointments. Overall the buying experience at Kia was very straight-forward. Leigh-Anne, our salesperson, was VERY knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at, definitely more than any other salespers straight-forward.
