Passenger side window would go down but not up. Searches of that particular issue on KIA Sportage from that year indicated that the likely cause was the driver side switch. Service department first replaced passenger side motor, did not repair issue, replaced passenger side switch, did not repair issue, finally replaced driver side switch and issue was resolved. I was charged for all three parts and associated labor. I have no way to prove my point, but truly believe that all three parts did not fail at the same time. I feel that the technician should have better reviewed the issue since the problem obviously was reported on previous Sportage vehicles. I also feel the parts that were replaced should have been swapped back in to ensure that each part was really defective rather than just charging me over $1,300 for all of the parts and labor. I will be in the market to replace one of my current vehicles and had considered the Telluride, but am not considering it after this experience. More
