I want to get the lock fixed on the trunk as it has been like this even when my brother bought this brand new. Joe was happy enough to get me an estimate for it. The service department had 4 tries to fix an issue that I had to pay for twice. I was contacted about the issue and the charges and none ever called me back to follow up on the customer service contact. Gues had to pay for twice. I was contacted about the issue and the charges and none ever called me back to follow up on the customer service contact. Gues I am not important enough to be concerned about. There are other Kia dealers in the area that may be the next move. More
I have taken my car in two times for the same issue and it has not been resolved and no insight around what is being done to fix it. Both times I was informed it was fixed and turned my car to immediately it has not been resolved and no insight around what is being done to fix it.
