I was disappointed in the customer service. I never received an update on my vehicle. I left it at 9:30am and didn’t hear from anyone the entire day. I had to contact the service center and ask I never received an update on my vehicle. I left it at 9:30am and didn’t hear from anyone the entire day. I had to contact the service center and ask about the service being completed. Then they suggested not to get new breaks because they would last a little longer. I felt as though they put my car last and didn’t have the time to change the breaks. I didn’t receive a date that should come back in and get my front breaks changed. More
