Car was serviced for noise in front end and engine light on,I was contacted with the service work needed and quoted $125 for the purge valve replaceme Car was serviced for noise in front end and engine light on,I was contacted with the service work needed and quoted $125 for the purge valve replacement, all total charges for front end repair and valve replacement would be $824.00 after reviewing the bill, the charge for the valve work was $240.84 and total repair charge was $866.78 Called to speak with Jim the Manager and left a voice mail, its been 24 hrs and no call back, also texted back to dealership that i was not pleased, no call back. Check my history with your Dealership, I have purchased a Sportage, and a Sorento, my wife is on her third Sorento lease, we also purchased a Jeep years ago. Been doing business with Eddie Aguirre since 2008, this is not a reflection on Eddie, But, Where is the customer Appreciation?????? More

awful expereince Our car was in to have the damage repaired on our dashboard...... that happened while the car was at the dealer for a recall. They broke the dashboard Our car was in to have the damage repaired on our dashboard...... that happened while the car was at the dealer for a recall. They broke the dashboard trying to repair the radio that stopped working when the changed the battery. Everything worked fine when we brought the car in for a recall. It was returned to us with the broken radio and broken dashboard. We were given an estimate for $600 to repair what they broke!!! We will never go back! More

Very pleased with onsite staff! Jaime was excellent! She got me in fast. My inspection was expired. Due to the outside schedulers not picking up the phone or returning phone calls p Jaime was excellent! She got me in fast. My inspection was expired. Due to the outside schedulers not picking up the phone or returning phone calls promptly. I tried for 3 weeks to get an appointment with service department. The outside schedulers are the worst. Then I got a hold of Jaime. Thank you for your understanding and your promptness to tending to my service needs. More
