Overcharged and lack of Communicarion My car was there well over a month while the engine rebuilt under warranty. When I picked up car muffler work was almost $1700. Service contact claims he told me as he has written down. Waiting for service manager to call. More

Terrible Customer Service on a Consistent Basis Couldn't schedule service for two weeks out on a replacement tire sensor - wouldn't let me speak to a service adviser or manager. Parts would be there in one day, but couldn't be installed for two weeks due to schedule. Called Cochran and scheduled for next week. Easy peasy. This was after they didn't terminate my last lease on time and caused a delinquent payment on my credit history. Avoid at all costs. More
