New Engine put in This is the second time we have had our vehicle serviced. First time they left all kind of dirt and grease on the front seat. Then we had to get a new This is the second time we have had our vehicle serviced. First time they left all kind of dirt and grease on the front seat. Then we had to get a new engine put in and kia had our car for three weeks and we just got it back 3 days ago and they didn't put certain parts back correctly behind the steering wheel and left all kind of dirt all over the front seats. Then we opened the trunk and all on the outsides of it were covered in dirt, mud, leaves and grim. I actually had that car cleaned and washed before it broke down on me. My husband and I are very disappointed in KIAS service department. We may never get another vehicle from Kia again cause of the service department!! More

The receptionist and Service never picked up so I went ahead and brought both cars in I can only get one car serviced which was the 2018 I asked Jamie the service lady why she didn't pick up the phone so I could have arranged they have the oil changed at another time with both vehicles and not wasting her time and my time at this particular moment she told me she did not have time to answer every phone call that come across her desk, that was very rude and inconsiderate More
