You can stop the notifications now! Too many notifications! SHKia sent me a note last night that my car was ready to pick up!! I waited for it?????!!!! Looney Tunes! My right front tire shows low since the next day I got in to drive it. Maybe service is too fast and did not put the cap on correctly. I’ll be back when I can , unless the tire goes flat!!! lack of communication, waste of day Unfortunately, I have an ignition interlock device installed in my car. I knew this could be a hassle for service centers so I called the location an Unfortunately, I have an ignition interlock device installed in my car. I knew this could be a hassle for service centers so I called the location and was transferred to the service center. The call went to voice mail. I left a message stating how I had the device installed in the car and if they had any issues or felt uncomfortable with the service to give me a call back. There was never a call back. My inspection was scheduled for 7/29 at 7 am. I received a call from the service center in the late morning from an employee (I forget his name), that I needed to come in and blow in the device because they did not want to put my car in a lockout. I explained that I called and left a voice message the previous week and the worker said they were having issues with the voice mail system. I hassled to get a ride out there, Mind you, I live 40+ minutes away. I arrive at the location, start the car for the mechanic, and he drives the vehicle away. I return to the lobby/customer service area and let them know I will probably need to blow in the device again because it will go off if it continues to run. I was informed by the employees someone would come get me if the device went off. No one ever came and got me. After about a half hour my service was completed. I went to go start my car and the device read "LOCKOUT". This infuriated me to no end. A service manager took me into his office and we contacted the dealer of the ignition interlock. Luckily, the company waived the fee for recalibration because it was KIA's fault. The manager also gave me cash to pay the interlock service station fee, this is the only reason I gave the center 2 stars instead of zero. So now I had to take my car to the appropriate ignition interlock service station to have it recalibrate. Again, more time wasted with nothing accomplished. More

Finally our Serento was fixed and the shuttle service was great. A week later the SAME part came loose, I had tge same problem getting in tiuch with the service department, and they told us a loud noise broke it the first time yet we must have hit a bump the 2nd time. Really? I have NEVER had this type of service. Phones were always answered and serv8ce managers didn't blame us for the "recall" issue. I'm not mad just disappointed. More

Didn't Get it Right the First Time Asked them to check brakes and they were in good shape. Eight days later I needed front brakes and rotors. What's up with that? They didn't want to hear they could be defective or installed wrong. I never heard of brakes let alone rotors going at 23,000 miles before, but they did. Unhappy. :( More
