Oil change and state inspection were completed on a timely basis. My car needed brakes,but the price was exorbitant. ( I had brakes replaced on another vehicle by my Ford Dealer for less than half the timely basis. My car needed brakes,but the price was exorbitant. ( I had brakes replaced on another vehicle by my Ford Dealer for less than half the price). Was told that the car needed pads and rotors. I elected to have another mechanic do the work, and he showed me what was needed. The pads did need to be replaced, but the rotors were nearly perfect. As a result, I had the brakes repaired at a savings of around $400. I already knew that the oil change was expensive, and after the quote and results of the brake job, I believe my 7 year relationship with Kia is over. I don't mind paying for great service, but I hate being taken advantage of. Also, trying to submit this survey is not good. More
"No Customer Focus" They were told multiple parts were changed by the customer but the new parts unfortunately did not repair problem. They were told this when making the appointment and dropping vehicle changed by the customer but the new parts unfortunately did not repair problem. Service Center wanted to remove and replace and install almost a thousand dollars of parts as starting point in determining to find the actual problem (cylinder misfire, which was told to them by the customer). I feel they did not listen to the customer or have the right service technician working on vehicle. I'm very disappointed in South Hills Kia. More
