Not handicap friendly went to have my sportage inspected. I was told that I could not get exempt sticker eventhough I only had4300 miles on it since last inspection, which went to have my sportage inspected. None the less, I had my son pick me up and told them to call when car was inspected and was called an hour later saying it failed due to tires. I did not want to get the tires there because I felt they were to expensive. I told them I would be there to pick my car up and bring it back when I got new tires which turned out to be the next day. I was told that I did not need an appointment and that it should only take about 45 minutes to have it checked over and the stickers put on. I took it back at 10 and asked if they had a stool or a chair that I could sit on and wait outside because I have Multiple Sclerosis and would not be able to stand the whole time. I was told that they could not help me because of Covid-19 and what the governor said. I told them that it was against the law not to accommodate the best they could when someone has a handicap. The guy said sorry and walked me outside. He came back a few minutes later and said there were steps on the other side of the bldg that I could sit on. So I went over there to call my husband who was going to call the owner. in the meantime a gentlemen who happened to be outside heard my conversation with my husband and went into the store and came out with a wonder chair for me to sit on. He told me that he was the manger of the sales floor I think he said his name was Bub? That man was truly special. He really turned a bad situation for me into an amazing experience. More
