Not going here again I came here to get my car inspected. I was told I needed new tires and breaks that everything else on my car rated in working order with their typical I came here to get my car inspected. I was told I needed new tires and breaks that everything else on my car rated in working order with their typical inspection (battery, etc.). No biggie. Got them to put two brand new tires on my car. Passed half my inspection and left to have a trusted master mechanic do my breaks. Car felt a bit weird leaving the dealer to drive to work. But I just attuned that to new tires and my car having a bit more traction. The dealer could not fit me in the schedule so I had my 2nd half of the inspection done at another shop. Turned out my two NEW front tires were not balanced correctly. So I had to then call this dealer, get another appointment to visit them and have them fix it. Was not told how two new tires could be balanced incorrectly and nothing was really done about it. Have not gone back to this dealer since and might even be trading in my Kia for another make and model from a separate dealer string. More

It had been making increasingly loud whining noise for a while. Dropped off the night before the appt., Eddie contacted me promptly by text when it went in for service and by phone when it was complete. I was able to pay over the phone, keys and receipt in the car, so no in-person contact was necessary. I am very pleased with the results! More
