On the third call, I requested to talk to directly to service advisor, and I was able to schedule it. If the communication channel between scheduling and service dept., this needs to be addressed. (it seems the scheduling people do not know about recall, and do not know when the recall service can be scheduled.) on a side note, the waiting room can be improved with brighter lighting (so dim), which is a minor issue, though. Shawn was very good about the features of the product. This I believe to be my 5th or 6th Kia purchase. I still feel like I get second hand treatment from others because I was a former employee. On the other hand, Jimmy your service mgr. is outstanding as well other service writers, especially Kayla. Unlike the other two, when I come in I'm always greeted with a smile and pleasant welcoming address. Oh, by the way, she really knows her stuff.If she isn't sure, she always takes the time to find out. More
