I needed air in my tires so I just stopped by. The little cap on one of my tires broke off so they replaced it and washed my car. Kia in South Hills has the best service dept. The Kia Sportage was at the dealership for 63 days for the engine replacement. Since we picked it up, two things are at issue 1) the fob didn’t start the car on 2 occasions 2) the brake light sensor comes the engine replacement. I brought my car into this dealership to have a part looked at that was under warranty. When KIA looked at it, they said no, the part I brought it in for was fine, but that I needed a new oil pan (which looked at that was under warranty. When KIA looked at it, they said no, the part I brought it in for was fine, but that I needed a new oil pan (which would cost around $450). I declined and took it to another shop for a second opinion. This shop saw that I didn't need a new oil pan, just a new plug and charged me a few dollars for it. When I informed KIA about the situation, I was told that someone would "dig into this" and get back to me. No one ever did. More
