Waited a week or so to get the car in for a recall. Drop the car off then later get a text stating the car is done but the part needed is on back order. The service here is not good. They dont respond to voicemails and take very long to get back to you. I still have issues with my car after the last repairs. They don't provide loaners, so if a repair takes longer than a day, you don't have a car. Their only option is to rent a car, but they wont reimburse you unless your repair is covered under warranty.
