I received a recall. So this was my first time coming back to the dealer since I bought the car in September 2020. Met with my service rep immediately and we reconfirmed all that was going to be done, and asked me questions on when I needed my car. This may sound small, but normally you are at the mercy of THEM and they do not care about you and your responsibilities. This was different, it was real customer service. Then he asked me if I needed a ride home. I did, since this was during the weekday, I had no way to get home and would have to wait. Well Coach drove me home and came back and picked me up. Overall I am so pleased with the service, the attitude of the company and the professionalism. Top notch! I am happy that I switched from Honda to Kia. More
