I had my new car in for a recall and the and the engine was replaced to satisfy the recall. Now the engine keeps overheating. This car is less than one year old . Additionally the door trim is falling off was replaced to satisfy the recall. Now the engine keeps overheating. This car is less than one year old . Additionally the door trim is falling off and the replacement trim is on back order. This is not acceptable for a brand new car. More

We received a safety recall for our new Kia telluride dated July 31, 2024. It was for the front power seat motor and said we should have it fixed ASAP. We called the dealer the first time on 8/12, becaus dated July 31, 2024. It was for the front power seat motor and said we should have it fixed ASAP. We called the dealer the first time on 8/12, because we were away on vacation. We were told the message would go to the service manager and he would call us back when parts were available. We called back 8/19 and the same message was relayed to us. No replies. We called 8/21 , same message was told to us. We waited and called for the 4th time on 10/3. I told the person that this was our 4th call. I was told the service manager would have to call us back and he probably hasn't called us because parts aren't available. It is now 11/7 and we haven't been called back. I am ready to call another dealer which will be farther away and ask if they can take care of the recall! More
