Not having my vehicle for about a month was hard for me as I could not get out anywhere to get what I needed and not in walking distance of anything. I want to get the lock fixed on the trunk as it has been like this even when my brother bought this brand new. Joe was happy enough to get me an estimate for it. The service department had 4 tries to fix an issue that I had to pay for twice. I was contacted about the issue and the charges and none ever called me back to follow up on the customer service contact. Gues had to pay for twice. I was contacted about the issue and the charges and none ever called me back to follow up on the customer service contact. Gues I am not important enough to be concerned about. There are other Kia dealers in the area that may be the next move. More
