Overcharged and lack of Communicarion My car was there well over a month while the engine rebuilt under warranty. Just getting there was a struggle as no one was giving me an update on the work. Then my inspection expired while there and was told needed new mufflers to pass at $1000. When I picked up car muffler work was almost $1700. Service contact claims he told me as he has written down. Waiting for service manager to call. More
As low pressure as buying a loaf of bread!! I went into this as a stereotypical car purchaser: guard up, ready to argue and waiting for the sales tactics to come my way. ALL of that went out the window 3 minutes after meeting Leigh-Anne Defilice. We told her what we wanted, we gave our budget (with some wiggle room of course) and Leigh-Anne delivered!! I felt like I was doing business with someone that I've known for 10 years! We were torn between two vehicles, so we didn't buy on our first trip. Leigh-Anne stayed in contact with me over the next 24 hours ironing out some details that eventually brought us back to South Hills Kia to purchase a Sorento. Alex was very thorough with the warranty options, patient with all of the paperwork and answering my questions, and made certain that I left there a happy customer. My wife and I love the Sorento beyond words, but we also made friends during the process. Because of the NO pressure, the expertise, the professionalism and the personal care we were shown, we WILL be back to South Hills Kia! More

I expected the extra day but liked being updated on the progress (I.e., text message first thing in the morning with phone calls for updates). More

Parts would be there in one day, but couldn't be installed for two weeks due to schedule. Called Cochran and scheduled for next week. Easy peasy. This was after they didn't terminate my last lease on time and caused a delinquent payment on my credit history. Avoid at all costs. More

I asked what the estimated completion time was and they said 15 minutes left. 15 minutes went by and it was ready so I went to pick up. I headed home with my car and about two hours later, I received a call saying my car was done. It had been done for two hours and I was home with it parked in my garage. Just seemed a little chaotic.
