My service representative, Joe, is very responsive and kind. It was pleasant to interact with him. On the third call, I requested to talk to directly to service advisor, and I was able to schedule it. If the communication channel between scheduling and service dept., this needs to be addressed. (it seems the scheduling people do not know about recall, and do not know when the recall service can be scheduled.) on a side note, the waiting room can be improved with brighter lighting (so dim), which is a minor issue, though.
