Was in for oil change and tire rotation. .called day before to ensure filter was available and told advisor I needed a tire rotation as well..unable to complete tire rotation since they didn' .called day before to ensure filter was available and told advisor I needed a tire rotation as well..unable to complete tire rotation since they didn't have proper tool for my bmw the next day..therefore I cannot get my free tire rotation as I expected..frustrating More

Service department manager and cashier were friendly and got me what I needed. Very promp with responding. My car however, I went in for a simple oil change on June 2 and I still do not have my car back, t got me what I needed. Very promp with responding. My car however, I went in for a simple oil change on June 2 and I still do not have my car back, today is June 13. Apparently, a faulty gasket on the first oil change which led to my oil light going on, engine light going on, car is shuttering, and making rattling noises. They are still waiting to hear from "Kia". I have been very patient, as I know the service manager and cashier are doing their job, however, my patience is running low. More
