Kayla in the service department is very friendly and always would get back to me if I had questions or concerns. I bought a brand new Kia Telluride in late May. The same day, the AC didnt work so it had to be left there and fixed. About 3 weeks later, the AC stopped working again. On 6/1, called dealership to get appt to fix again, they told us they couldnt fit us in for 3 weeks. Immediately I called my sales rep Shawn and he was able to get us an appt on 6/3. At that time, my wife was given a used Kia Optima as a loaner. It was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Between 6/6 and 6/9 I had little success trying to get thru to Dealer as the voicemails didnt say who I was leaving a message for a left my # with receptionist twice. When I did talk to Jim in Service, he said he was still waiting on a part. I never got my car back until 6/14. Needless to say I was quite annoyed at the fact the car was in the shop being fixed 2x within a month of buying. No one was keeping me informed and I had to call to get updates. In the meantime, I was inconvenienced since I am 6ft 4in and 290lbs, I dont fit into a car, especially one that smelled and was dirty. Further, I had to drive my truck to take 2 trips to state college pa instead of my new car and incurred twice the expense on gas.. More
