It took more than three weeks for me to get an appointment for service. One of the services to be done was an oil change. In the past, I purchased South Hills Kia's three oil change package for appointment for service. One of the services to be done was an oil change. In the past, I purchased South Hills Kia's three oil change package for $99. Imagine my surprise when the service rep said the dealer only does synthetic oil changes now and that package now costs $199 and does not even include tire rotation like the former package included. Synthetic oil is better than regular oil but definitely not required so it seems like a good way for the dealership to make more money. More
