A recall notice said if airbag light came in and remained on, to cease driving and get it towed immediately. When I tried to get an appointment, I was told that the vehicle was unsafe to drive but they coul on, to cease driving and get it towed immediately. When I tried to get an appointment, I was told that the vehicle was unsafe to drive but they could not take it for at least three weeks. I tried to explain that I needed an earlier appointment or a loaner car, to no avail. I called the number on the recall notice and apparently they called the dealer, because I suddenly was able to bring them car in later that week . I left it there all day on the Thursday before Easter, but the airbag light was still on when I picked it up. They said it was because when I left my keys in the overnight envelope I wrote “recall”, so they only ran a software update. I was unaware that when I made the appointment they did not write down the reason. I didn’t know that I had to write everything on the overnight envelope. I took it back the Monday after Easter amd they said they had to order a part. Finally the part arrived and the car was repaired at the very end of June. More
Very friendly and helpful. I was just there to get an oil change and thought about asking about a the Carnival while I waited. I talked with a sales rep there and he let me know there was one coming in a few weeks and it happened to be the exact one we wanted. Sadly it was arriving the week after our beach vacation so we wouldn’t be able to use it for that. He stayed in touch with us letting us know that it had shipped but was still expected after we get back from vacation. Then by some miracle it came in two days before we were to leave. Our sales rep reached out to us immediately letting us know it would be available. He shared the vin number and multiple resources for setting up Kia connect and other information about the vehicle. We got it the day before we left and we’re able to drive it for vacation. We appreciated how well informed he kept us during the whole process and of course how everything turned out. More
