I gave 4 stars only because the gentleman that took care of my vehicle did a great job, but his personal attitiude wasnt really kind. I recently bought a 2022 kia telluride and ordered it thru south hills k of my vehicle did a great job, but his personal attitiude wasnt really kind. I recently bought a 2022 kia telluride and ordered it thru south hills kia, and that experience was wonderful. I never been in the service department and nor did I know where the waiting room was, or where my car would be after my service was completed. the man who took care of me didnt really seem to like to show me where the waiting room was, nor like to show me where my car was when it was finished. I just think to be bit more kind, and maybe just smile isnt too much to ask. Other than that, I love my kia and the people in the sales department are very professional and kind. More
