Agreed to a diagnostic fee based on specific service I requested, wanted my car to have an active scan. Service Adviser ignored my request and did what they wanted even though I I told them the car had b requested, wanted my car to have an active scan. Service Adviser ignored my request and did what they wanted even though I I told them the car had been scaned and never showed a code multiple times but was still hesitating at 45-50 mph. When I complained she spoke to the service manager who said I could bring my car back for a week or so and they would do a deep dive at $150 per hour and open a tech ticket with Kia. So I would loose work, loose money and have to pay them to free ride my car around town for an unforeseeable amount of money when they could have done what I asked the first time. I asked the service advisor to take a ride with me to replicate the issue and got excuses why she couldn't. Wouldn't let a mechanic take a 5 min ride with me. The only good thing was they fixed my turn signal that worked when it felt like it...that I had called on 2 weeks earlier in which the same service advisor never called me back to begin with. Was so mad I called the Service Manager on way home and 5 days later still not return call. Poorest Service visit ever. More

Service/parts needs ability to track parts and not give the excuse of this week being thanksgiving so we aren’t sure when it will deliver. I was told that the part needed is in Ohio, so the part should be in this week, but it was not and no one knows for sure when the part will arrive!!! Seriously?!? No way to track delivery of a part in the year 2022? Are you kidding me Kia? Maybe some sort of tracking should be added to how parts are handled. This way, one could schedule a return trip and make plans with work, etc to have their vehicle serviced. Makes no sense to not be able to do any tracking and just “check back” to see when parts may have been delivered. I’ve called three times this week and still not delivered. You would think that since the part is one state away it would take no longer than UPS or FEDEX does to driver something (ground is like 2 days). Kia needs to step up its game and keep more parts located closer to service centers so as to be able to take care of something in one visit to the service center , not multiple visits and phone calls just to get a tie rod repaired. Not Happy. More
