I’ve bought a Mercedes c300 2019 last October with +27k miles, after 3k miles popped up Service B required. I schedule a service appointment with the customer service and I even mentioned them my car says miles, after 3k miles popped up Service B required. I schedule a service appointment with the customer service and I even mentioned them my car says Service B which is not a simple oil change she didn’t know what was that but I was hoping who will service my car knows what he has to do. My car took +3h service mainly because they didn’t know how to take off the Service B request from the system so they look up in YouTube, called someone but still couldn’t take it off. What they recommend to go to Mercedes so they can take it off. It wasn’t professional for me but ok, then I went to Mercedes on the following day and they said it is a bigger maintenance than Service A and I have to do the service again through them if I want to take it off the Service B request of the system. Also on the next day after I got serviced my car popped up low tire pressure and low wash fluid in the system.. only good thing that the people are kind at the dealership. The question is since I paid 2 years of First Mile Platinum warranty for $3500, how can I trust to come back for the next car maintenance? More
