From the moment I expressed interest in the car I wanted to the moment I left the dealership with my car, I had a very positive experience. Yanni, the internet sales consultant contacted me immediately afte to the moment I left the dealership with my car, I had a very positive experience. Yanni, the internet sales consultant contacted me immediately after I sent a request through the official KIA website. We talked on the phone and he immediately tried to help me at getting the car I wanted. It was important that he figured out that the car was still available although it was reserved prior for long time. He put me in contact with Orlian, the sales specialist. Orlian put everything in action so that I can get the car. He was prompt, very responsive, helpful, and made sure I don't lose the car. He told me exactly what I need to do, discussed with me the options I have and the further proceedings. We both agreed, and he made sure to forward my case to the finance manager. His involvement was extremely important, as he secured the car for me and made sure that I can complete the financing within a week with a reasonable deposit payment, which is the norm. Marcos, the finance manager, took over, called me and discussed with me the agreement. He was very respectful, prompt, effective, and started the remote financing eligibility questionnaire. All went well, and we both agreed that I would come to the dealership several days later to complete the paperwork and pick up the car. I then went to the dealership, Orlian made sure that everything is prepared, and Marcos is available for me. We completed the paperwork, and then it was done. Orlian guided me through the final stages, the Kia access app, made a final inspection, asked me and showed me everything inside and around the car. All that together took about two hours which is very fast. Orlian even called me one day later on his day off to ask me if I need anything and if everything is okay. In summary, I was very happy with the dealership and how it all went. I'm extremely happy with the car, it's simply amazing. Big thank you to Yanni, Orlian, and Marcos, you're all excellent. More
The worst dealership ever. Sold me a car without a cleared title. Did not disclose the fact that they have not paid off the lean on the title. Two months has laps and my temporary tag has expired and dealership management refuses to mail me a replacement temporary tag. The worst customer service ever. I have not heard one word from Kia South Dade Management as of today. The managers should be fired. I want to report this incident to the BBB. More
