Purchasing the car was a good experience. Marcello was a pleasure to work with during the process. My issues stem from the tag process post-purchase. Alain was serially unavailable when I tried calling him several times with questions about our tag. My wife and I were confused how the transfer was going to work, as we were still trying to sell our old car and we could not be without a tag on that car. Alain assured me we could get another temp tag to allow for more time. I tried to reach Alain over the span of 1 month to figure it out, but I was unsuccessful in reaching him. I tried calling him and left many messages. I finally reached him after the tag transfer took place less than one month later. Now we had a second car without a tag. I tried to explain how we were confused by the process and were looking for help, and he did not appear to understand how we could be confused and he said there was nothing we could do now. He said we could have done something prior to the tag transfer taking place had we spoken earlier in the process. But I tried and could not reach him! How frustrating. A simple "I'm sorry that happened" would have went a long way. Seems once the purchase was complete they could care less. Overall, the post-purchase experience was stressful enough that I would not recommend the dealership. Had there been better communication, I would recommend. More

BUYER BEWARE! The purchase went well with Jason and he pleaded with me to give my review before the end of the month, I hesitated due to an issue with a door panel The purchase went well with Jason and he pleaded with me to give my review before the end of the month, I hesitated due to an issue with a door panel that was damaged before my purchase and I was assured it would be taken care of. I did the review and now regret it. I live out of state, and after 2 months of dealing with getting a new panel-$1100‐they sent one to me. I took my Telluride to my dealer to have it replaced but South Dade Kia reused to pay $75 for the labor, Jason Castro said I would have to drive my car-800 miles one way-to them for it to be replaced. I spent $56000 with them and they they're so greedy they wouldn't pay the $75 for something they were 100% responsible for. I would advise not purchasing from them if you expect to be taken care of after your purchase, they will tell you they're all concerned about your satisfaction but really they're main concern is MONEY- NOT YOU as a customer!
