She was very warm and welcoming and told me they would look to see what was wrong and try to fix it quickly. She wasn't kidding. I started working and within the hour, she came in to tell me it was the pump. I thought they would have to order it, but she said it was ready! I was really pleased with the service of the technicians and especially Karina. She made my day. I had talked to her the day before and she assured me she would do whatever possible so I wouldn't have to wait too long. More
