Turn light switch piece installation Karina was very professional and courteous when I arrived. She entered a work order to replace my Kia Soul turn light switch. My left (driver's) turn Karina was very professional and courteous when I arrived. She entered a work order to replace my Kia Soul turn light switch. My left (driver's) turn signal light was malfunctioning and the solution, based on the diagnosis, was to replace the part. It was a very busy day at South Dade Kia, so I waited for a few hours to have it done; I arrived around 10:30 AM and left around 1:40 PM. Before I left, I took time to turn on and off my turn signal it was working fine; unfortunately after a few minutes on the road, The left turn signal light stop working. I brought my kia soul back and Karina took it to the mechanic. Unfortunately, the mechanic said that it will take him awhile to recheck the vehicle and that he had too many cars to work on. Karina recommended to bring the car back first thing in the morning (Monday-Friday) to have the mechanics check my car again; it might be an electrical problem. It is very dangerous to have a malfunctional turn signal light in Miami, so I am trying to find someone to help me bring my Kial Soul back to South Dade Kia. More

The entire process of purchasing the vehicle along with my trade in went smoothly. There was a bit of a delay in the paperwork due to the dealership having some computer issues, but we enjoyed great conversation with the staff. Thank You for a Wonderful Experience!!! More

Always great service !! I have been going to Kia since 2011 for continuous service for my car . The staff is very friendly and attentive . The two guys Abdiel and Josh who he I have been going to Kia since 2011 for continuous service for my car . The staff is very friendly and attentive . The two guys Abdiel and Josh who help set up my oil changes are very nice and helpful . I would recommend their service and I will continue going. Abdiel goes out of his way to explain recommendations and set up a taxi service if needed. Thank you 😊 More
