Great service but trying to be shady with maintenance plans The service since the new owner has taken over has gotten better. However, my 5 year maintenance plan that I bought 18 months ago is all of a sudden r The service since the new owner has taken over has gotten better. However, my 5 year maintenance plan that I bought 18 months ago is all of a sudden reached maturity. When I spoke with finance they told me yeah you probably did buy a five-year 60,000 mile plan but when this owner took over we weren’t given all of those records so if you did buy it which I don’t doubt you did you need to show us proof or you don’t have it. I said I am still paying on it for 3 1/2 more years and he told me without the paperwork there’s nothing I had I can do that unless I can prove that I bought it it’s Nolan void. However when I bought it, I was told that we could go to any dealer in the US and get the maintenance service. So if it’s in the computer so that I can go to any dealership in the United States how come they can’t verify it in the computer? More
JUST MY OPINION I love the service that was provided and I give a 3 star due to the fact that since they have change over the prices have went up and the new owner ha I love the service that was provided and I give a 3 star due to the fact that since they have change over the prices have went up and the new owner haven't introduce their self to the customer. The service center was awesome and my car was fix in a timely matter. I just don't appreciate that there are no discounts online and a special should happen monthly for customer that might can't afford the full price at the time due to unforeseen circumstances. More

Financial process took too long I knew the car I wanted from the minute I walked through their Lot, it took me minutes to made my decision. I spend 5 hrs in total due to the unprofes I knew the car I wanted from the minute I walked through their Lot, it took me minutes to made my decision.
