On this occasion service was superb!! Polite & efficient I arrived and waited a few minutes for a technician to take care of the car. I entered the office and was greeted by Alberto Sosa who helped me and I arrived and waited a few minutes for a technician to take care of the car. I entered the office and was greeted by Alberto Sosa who helped me and was very polite and professional. Alberto Sosa checked the status of the car and service included a recall and change of oil. In previous visits for regular oil change I had requested to check the windshield water fluid as it was always reading "low." Everytime I would go home I stilll had the message the day after leaving the dealer, which means the problem was not solved. This time around Alberto really took good care of giving a full service of the car. He offered to pick me up but I had arranged transport to pick up my car. I was extremely happy with the service I received that day. Alberto Sosa is definitely an asset to the service center. More

Service Personnel Are Friendly; Service Time Can Be Slow I've been to this service center twice now. The first time they had my car the entire day to go over a few issues. I was given a ride home, and I was I've been to this service center twice now. The first time they had my car the entire day to go over a few issues. I was given a ride home, and I was contacted throughout the day as to the status of my car. When my car was almost ready, I received a text message letting me know when the car would be ready. Overall, this experience was great. The second time I came back for the dealer to install a rubber gasket on my lift gate that was ordered. I was told that this procedure would take approximately 1.5 hours. I made an appointment and had to wait 20 minutes before I was even helped when I drove my car in. I ended up spending closer to 3 hours. Because they took so long, I also did not have time to wait to have my car washed with their courtesy wash, so I had to leave with a dirty car. Had I had known the process was going to take so long, I would have requested a ride home and would have picked up the car later in the day. The service personnel are friendly, and the overall experience is good at this dealer so far. They just need to be more on point with the timing so that customers can schedule their day accordingly. This review is an average of both my visits (since I did not get a option to leave a review after my first visit). More
Good Service, Ridiculous Price increases. I got a basic oil change, and was surprised to find the dealer was under new ownership. I arrived on a Saturday right before 8:40AM, and it wasn't as I got a basic oil change, and was surprised to find the dealer was under new ownership. I arrived on a Saturday right before 8:40AM, and it wasn't as busy as previous times under the old ownership. As i was checked in, they advised me of the price change and couldn't believe it, $42 plus tax for an oil change..... ridiculous, maybe that's why there were no other visible customers there at the time. I left my car, and waited at my house, an hour later i was sent a weird link as a text, I called the dealer as i did not understand what it was asking me for, they left me on hold for 10 minutes. My husband figured out the link, it was asking me if i wanted to change my engine air filter for $45! I declined, and ended up changing the filter myself for less than $15 later on at autozone. My car was ready, at 11:40. Not sure why it took so long, but everything else went smoothly. The staff was great, i believe the Representatives name was Gianny, he was very nice and answered all my questions. and they "Washed" the exterior of my car for free. not sure if i will be continuing my services here as the prices are not justified, if the oil change took no more than 30 minutes, i could see paying $50.00 But it took more than two hours, no thanks. More
