Difficult to reach I visited the service center to get an estimate. I later sent an email to Josh with a question. I waited 48 hours for a response and after not gett I visited the service center to get an estimate. I later sent an email to Josh with a question. I waited 48 hours for a response and after not getting one, I called him. It took more than 3 tries to get a hold of him. A lot of wait time listening to waiting music. Then I got an appointment to do the work (rack and hitch) on our brand new Telluride. I was there at 9 as per my appointment and I was told that the car was going to be be ready at 1. At 1pm I started to call the service department to see if the car was ready. Once again I was tortured by music, long wait and many calls, Frustrated I decided to take a lift to the dealer, I got there at 2pm and the car was not ready. I had to wait another 30 mInutes. So In summary my first experience was not a good one and I am not sure I will be back. More

My experience I had to wait over 3 hours for them to tell me that they don’t even have the part I need and that I need to come back in 2-3 days. When I made an appo I had to wait over 3 hours for them to tell me that they don’t even have the part I need and that I need to come back in 2-3 days. When I made an appointment they said I can come after work without a problem I even told them the time that I will be able to make it. Then I get a call from them saying that they will be closed at that time, so I had to go on the weekend and wait an entire week for the service to be done. As far as the service once the part came in they installed it fairly quickly which was good but I wasn’t expecting to pay so much for a new headlight. More
